Radiological Operations Manager
Haider Alruby serves as NSSI’s Radiological Operations Manager, where he is responsible for
overseeing radiological waste operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and full regulatory
compliance. With extensive expertise in radiological safety, remediation, and decontamination
of radioactive contamination, Haider plays a key role in upholding the high standards of
excellence for which NSSI is recognized in the industry.
In his role, Haider manages daily radiological operations, including health and safety
monitoring, radioactive material management in accordance with OSHA, EPA, NRC and DOT
regulations, as well as data verification, validation, assessment, and evaluation. He also designs,
reviews, and performs field radiological characterization and remediation activities, ensuring
that all processes are conducted in strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory
requirements.
Haider’s comprehensive understanding of radiological procedures and his meticulous attention
to detail are instrumental in mitigating risks and ensuring that operations run smoothly. His
leadership fosters strong collaboration across teams, driving continuous improvement,
operational excellence, and the highest levels of safety and efficiency.
